A neighbourhood pharmacy's warm, reassuring storefront
Farmacia Europa has looked after Cluj-Napoca since 2009 — several counters across the city, two pharmacists people know by name, and a promise printed on the door: "Din grijă pentru tine." Cittago designed and built the site to feel the way the shop does — calm, clean, human. Somewhere to find the nearest branch, reach the team, or ask about a job, without a moment's friction.

The challenge
Trust is earned at the counter, then tested on a screen.
A pharmacy lives on trust. Fifteen years of it, built one prescription at a time, over a counter where the same two faces greet you. But most people now meet Farmacia Europa on a phone first — looking for the nearest branch at nine on a Sunday, hunting a number to call, checking it's open before they walk over. If that first screen feels cold or clinical, the warmth of the shop never gets its chance.
So the site had one job before anything clever: carry the feeling of the counter onto the screen. Reassuring, not sterile. Human, not corporate. It had to make several locations easy to tell apart and easy to reach, put contact one tap away, and quietly do the recruiting too — because a growing pharmacy is always short a good pharmacist.

What we built
As caring as the counter itself
We designed and built a bright, calm site led by a soft teal-green and real photography of the two pharmacists — the people you'll actually see when you walk in. No stock models, no clinical chill. Generous white space, clear type, and a tone that reads exactly like the tagline: din grijă pentru tine. It feels like being looked after before you've asked a single question.
Underneath, everything a visitor came for is a tap away. Each branch has its own address, hours and map pin, so the nearest counter is obvious. Contact sits on every page. A careers section turns the site into a quiet recruiter, inviting good pharmacists to apply. And local SEO points nearby searches — "farmacie Cluj", "farmacie deschisă acum" — straight to the door.
