Cittago is a boutique digital studio in Cluj-Napoca, working in English, Italian and Romanian for brands across six countries. We've been doing this since 2011 — long enough to know what lasts.
The idea
Agencies grew big. We grew careful.
The standard agency model has a quiet flaw: the seniors sell, the juniors deliver, and the client pays senior prices for junior work. We built Cittago as the correction — a team small enough that everyone who touches your project has done it many times before.
Fifteen years later the model still holds: fewer clients than we could take, more attention than they expect, and relationships measured in years, not campaigns.
