2How is it different from page speed optimisation?
LiteSpeed works at server level: it changes how the page is built and served. Speed optimisation deals with what the browser loads: images, scripts and styles. The two complement each other, and hosting and Cloudflare round out the system.
3Can caching break my cart or account pages?
Not if it’s tuned properly. We write the cache rules around the way your site works, so carts, logins and other personal pages are handled separately rather than served from a stale copy. A badly configured cache is worse than none, which is why we never stick with the defaults.
