Cittago designed and built the Italian-language site that meets them there — clinical enough to be believed, warm enough to be trusted — and walks them from doubt to a date in the diary.


The challenge
The hardest part of quitting is believing it could actually work.
Anyone who has tried to stop smoking has heard a hundred cures. So the visitor lands already guarded — a single twenty-minute session that erases the craving sounds too good, and "too good" is exactly what a lifetime of relapses has taught them to distrust. Before anything else, the site had one job: earn that first inch of belief.
It also had to hold two tones at once. Too clinical and it reads cold, one more centre among many. Too warm and it reads like a pitch, and the guard goes straight back up.
