A premium mountain retreat in Romania needed a paid social strategy to drive awareness, landing page traffic, and direct booking conversions through Facebook and Instagram. With a highly visual product and a seasonal demand pattern, Meta Ads offered the right environment to reach travel-intent audiences and build brand recognition at scale — at a controlled daily budget.

The challenge
A beautiful place is not a booked place.
The client had strong organic content but no structured paid advertising on social media. The goal was to build a scalable Meta Ads presence capable of generating consistent landing page traffic and initiating the booking conversion funnel — while keeping cost per click low and audience targeting precise. A secondary challenge was identifying which campaign types and creative angles would perform best before committing budget to any single approach.


What we built
Three campaigns, one funnel, zero guesswork
A multi-objective Meta Ads strategy structured across three campaign types run simultaneously: organic post boosts for broad reach and brand awareness, dedicated traffic campaigns driving visitors to specific landing pages, and a conversion-optimised campaign targeting checkout initiations and completed bookings. Multiple campaign variants were launched in parallel as a testing phase during the first two weeks of the month. Underperforming variants were identified and paused. Budget was consolidated into the three best-performing campaigns — branded "Spring 2026" — which delivered significantly better results across all metrics. A Meta Pixel was fully configured on the booking platform, capturing a complete funnel of events: content views, searches, cart adds, checkout initiations, and completed purchases — enabling precise remarketing and ongoing optimisation.
