The Challenge

The client had strong organic content but no structured paid advertising on social media. The goal was to build a scalable Meta Ads presence capable of generating consistent landing page traffic and initiating the booking conversion funnel — while keeping cost per click low and audience targeting precise. A secondary challenge was identifying which campaign types and creative angles would perform best before committing budget to any single approach.

The Solution

A multi-objective Meta Ads strategy structured across three campaign types run simultaneously: organic post boosts for broad reach and brand awareness, dedicated traffic campaigns driving visitors to specific landing pages, and a conversion-optimised campaign targeting checkout initiations and completed bookings.

Multiple campaign variants were launched in parallel as a testing phase during the first two weeks of the month. Underperforming variants were identified and paused. Budget was consolidated into the three best-performing campaigns — branded “Spring 2026” — which delivered significantly better results across all metrics.

A Meta Pixel was fully configured on the booking platform, capturing a complete funnel of events: content views, searches, cart adds, checkout initiations, and completed purchases — enabling precise remarketing and ongoing optimisation.

  • Bookings covering stays across: February, March, April, June, July, September 2026
  • Longest advance booking: 159 days ahead of check-in

The February data demonstrates a clear compounding effect of the Meta Ads campaigns: the majority of revenue generated in a given month is booked for future stays rather than immediate check-ins, creating a reliable forward pipeline. 77% of February’s revenue represents confirmed future income — validating the campaign’s role in building sustained occupancy well beyond the active month.
