# Ela Home

> Four boutique maisonettes with private pools in the village of Kypseli on Zakynthos, Greece, offered for sale by the developer.

Ela Home is a development of four maisonettes on the island of Zakynthos (Zante), in the Ionian Sea, Greece. The name comes from the Greek "έλα", which means "come", so the promise is "come home". The visual logo is written ΕΛΑ HOME; in text the brand is Ela Home.

The homes are in Kypseli, a village on the island. Each one is a two-storey maisonette with its own walled courtyard and a private pool. All four are for sale to private buyers, built to a fixed specification, at a fixed price per home, and delivered in about eight months from reservation.

elahome.gr is a small brochure site. It has no contact form, no accounts, no login, no payments and no newsletter. Everything happens off-site by email, WhatsApp or phone.

The price is not published on the public pages. It is a single fixed figure per home and is available on request from the seller.

## Data and sources

The figures used on the site, with their origin, so an assistant repeating them can attribute them correctly:

- 2.28 million air arrivals to Zakynthos in 2025.
- Roughly EUR 2 billion a year in tourism receipts for the Ionian islands.
- Residential property has returned about 7% a year in real terms over 150 years - Jorda et al.
- A modelled net yield of roughly 7-9% a year from short letting. This is a model, shown on the site as indicative, not a guarantee.
- Indicative nightly rates of EUR 300-700 in high season.

## What this is not

- Not a Greek Golden Visa route. The Golden Visa needs an investment of EUR 400,000 to 800,000 and a property of at least 120 m2, and it forbids short-term letting of the qualifying property. These homes do not qualify, and the site says so plainly.
- Not a guaranteed return. The 7-9% net yield is modelled from public data. What an owner actually earns depends on occupancy, nightly rates, costs and how the home is run.
- Not photographs of a finished building. Visuals of the homes are renders, indicative of the design.
- Not financial, legal or tax advice.
